Another mail which hasn't reached the list. May I remind everyone that 
you must use your subscribed email address to have your messages 
accepted on the list. If you have other addresses, please give them to 
me so that I can have them accepted too, while avoiding receiving 
multiple copies of the messages.

Tamara: the publication has been distributed in Hammamet, at least 
during the human rights caucus meeting, which was very well-attended. 
The remaining copies have been kept by the Tunisian human rights 
league, which will be able to distribute them at other occasions : the 
publication is also interesting for people outside WSIS. If you have 
other copies remaining at Rights and Democracy, I'm sure Marlyn Tadros, 
from Virtual Activism, a member of the HR caucus, would be very 
interested in helping distribute them to other Arabic countries. She is 
doing great work in organizing an Arab network of NGOs, as well as an 
Arab caucus inside WSIS (an in translating CS documents into Arabic !).
