Cedric, it's now too late to meet IGC nomcom
deadline. But it's not too late for IGF direct nomination
deadline. Please do send as soon as possible your comments on
Cedric's candidacy. I support it. If there is no objection by
April 17 evening, I would add Cedric's candidacy to the list of
endorsements by the HR caucus to be sent directly to the IGF
(shortening the bio a bit if needed).
