RE: [hr-wsis] Free Our Data campaign

Hi Bill

I have just discovered with a great shock that in Angola one has to pay US$ 1,000.00 to consult the Government Gazette online for issues up to 2002.

For 2002-2004, you have to pay the US$ 1,000.00 plus a monthly fee of US$ 20.

The year 2005 is still not available!!

Could anyone share some thoughts on this in terms of access to information instruments and legislation?

Regards,

Rui
