Dear Bill, and greetings all:
(We met in Tunis did we not, else I err but hello
here!)
Per your considerate note presently, itself
conveying thoughtfulness, it happens I was fortunate to
observe the day in several meetings at the U.N. in New York, including a
Communications Workshop which was excellent and had Human Rights Watch
presenting. The day also included a program on Human Rights and Health; it
is very nice to see your note of commemoration and encouragement and good cheer.
Please "wave" if further info on the above or related matters is is
desired.
Best wishes and at your service, LDMF.
