conveying thoughtfulness, it happens I was fortunate to
observe the day in several meetings at the U.N. in New York, including a
Communications Workshop which was excellent and had Human Rights Watch
presenting. The day also included a program on Human Rights and Health; it
is very nice to see your note of commemoration and encouragement and good cheer.
