Means, don't comply and WSIS ES takes action.
But comply with what? That was my question...
With UN rules, I assume, those that Antoine Madelin (FIDH & HR caucus)
had to remind us during HR caucus panels at PrepComs, regarding, e.g.
reports from Human Rights in China: documents from NON accredited
organizations may be distributed in the room where the event is held,
but not outside of this room in other Summit premises.
There are for sure other rules, some specific to parallel events @
WSIS, that I don't know.
In any case, if parallel event organizers are to be subject to any
liability, and are under threat of any actions that may be taken by
WSIS ES, they have to know precisely what are these rules.
So we are waiting for the precise and exhaustive list of rules from
WSIS ES. Without this knowledge, it would be hard for parallel event
organizer to comply with the rules, and this would open the reign of
the arbitrary (first breach of the rule of law).
It's strange, BTW, that parallel event organizers are supposed to
comply with rules they would (if lucky) know afterwards, subsequently
to their commitment to organize a parallel event (second breach of the
rule of law).
