Opportunities and Partnerships," 13 September, 2004, Dorint Hotel,
Wroclaw, Poland. This conference aims to provide an opportunity for
civil society leaders and academic experts, particularly in the New
European Union Member States, to meet with European data protection
authorities and to explore emerging challenges to the protection of
