Hi,
Bill, thank you very much for this draft. I don't have any objection to
it. If nobody from the HR caucus disagree, then the letter could be
signed by both the World Federalist Movement (Rik) and the HR caucus
coordinators, since they were the senders of the letter to the OHCHR.
